In the spirit of the World Series of Poker, PKR has announced that the 2009 PKR Super Series will begin on June 26th and run 11 events over 12 days.  The buy-ins will range drastically in this series to ensure that players of all bankrolls can find tournaments that fit their needs.  The smallest buy-in is the $10 NLH rebuy tournament taking place on the first day of the series.  The biggest event is the $250 buy-in $100K PKR Masters tournament on the first Saturday.  From there, the rest of the tournaments are in the $20-$40 range.

As far as added value goes, the winner of each Super Series event will win a unique winners bracelet that they can wear or display proudly.  Also, the top 200 finishers on the Super Series leaderboard will gain entry into a $5K freeroll, which is a nice chunk of added money PKR is putting up to make this Series great.
